- Fluent English speakers with confident communication.
- Disciplined self-starters comfortable working remotely.
- Setters with prior B2B or B2C home-service appointment setting experience.
- Possess a quiet workspace, laptop, and fast stable internet.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound homeowner inquiries within minutes.
- Ask diagnostic questions regarding hard water symptoms and homeownership.
- Book confirmed assessment slots directly into the dealer's dispatch calendar.
- Log detailed prospect notes and track appointment attendance.
Qualified Appointment Standard
- Single-family homeowner verified in the dealer's service zip codes.
- Specific water problem identified (scale, iron smell, bad taste).
- Homeowner confirmed time slot and committed to be present.
- Dealer sales rep arrives and completes the evaluation.
